Billing Services

Tired of managing the day to day requirement of processing payments and submitting insurance claims? Our services take the burden off your plate so you can manage what matters most: client care.

We offer a percentage based fee structure, so you don't have to worry about overpaying for services! 

Basic private pay billing: 5%

Basic private pay billing + insurance submissions: 7%

Setup, Integration & Training

Services include but are not limited to:

 

  • Accounts Receivable - tracking your outstanding payments and overdue amounts

  • Client Retention - tracking client return and contact follow up details

  • Documentation Audits - tracking chart completion to ensure your electronic health records are aligning with PIPA (Personal Information Privacy Act).

  • Appointment reports 

  • Compensation reports

  • Bi-weekly summary of reporting details including suggestions for efficient workflow

 

Rate: $175.00/month
 

Keeping up with the administrative upkeep behind your practice can be a real challenge. With years of experience, Allegro Clinical Services offers seamless, administrative support to keep your back‑end operations clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Offering your clients the ability to direct bill through you can be a complete game‑changer for your practice. Research shows that clients are drawn to businesses that make the billing process as simple and seamless as possible. By setting up direct billing with insurance platforms, you open your doors to an entire segment of potential clients who may not have considered your services before—because now, accessing them is easier than ever.

We offer services to set you up across major insurance company platforms that work with Jane App, as well as comprehensive training on how to access, submit, and check claim status within each platform. Examples include but are not limited to:

 

  • Greenshield

  • Pacific Blue Cross

  • ICBC

  • SunLife Financial

  • Telus Health (includes many major insurers such as Manulife, Chamber of Commerce, Coughlin, and many more)
